Kevin McKenna Joins Cherry Tree's
Investment Banking Group as Managing Director

MINNEAPOLIS, MN, March, 2005—Cherry Tree Securities, a private investment bank specializing in providing M&A advisory and private placement services to entrepreneurially managed companies, today announced that Kevin McKenna has joined the firm's Minneapolis office as a Managing Director.

McKenna brings over 20 years of executive experience in general management, corporate development, and mergers & acquisitions to Cherry Tree, including ten years with The Pillsbury Company and General Mills. He has participated in numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions and will concentrate his efforts on M&A within the food industry and related sectors. "Kevin's understanding of the food industry as an experienced operator and strategist will help us continue to deliver world-class investment banking services to our growing base of entrepreneurially managed client companies", said John Hammett of Cherry Tree. Mr. McKenna received his BBA from Temple University in Philadelphia.
