Hoffco sold to investor group

Wood Lake , MN, December, 2004 – Hoffco Incorporated announced the sale of the company to an affiliate of Fieldston Investors SIGI, a New York investment group. Hoffco designs and manufactures wood accessories for the cabinet industry. The company is located in Wood Lake, Minnesota.

Hoffco was founded by industry veteran Dave Hoff in 1983. Cherry Tree Securities represented the company and Mr. Hoff in the transaction.
