Diversified Graphics sold to investor group and senior management

Diversified Graphics Inc.(DGI), a $55 million Minneapolis-based print solutions and social stationery products company was purchased by a group of financial investors and its senior management team in a recapitalization of the company. Just prior to the sale, DGI acquired Mara-Mi Inc., a social stationery products company that complements DGI's business. Cherry Tree Securities advised the owners of DGI on both transactions.
