LiquiCell receives debt financing from Whitebox Advisors, LLC

July 2005 – Minneapolis-based LiquiCell Technologies, Inc. completed a debt financing with Whitebox Advisors, LLC, a Minneapolis-based hedge fund. LiquiCell Technologies, Inc. designs and manufactures ultra-thin liquid interface pads that provide increased comfort to the body.
