For those parties who qualify, Cherry Tree employs two primary investment strategies: a focused portfolio of investments in entrepreneurially-managed companies in our affiliate, Adam Smith Fund, and partnerships that invest in the securities of a single company.  We employ an investment strategy that focuses on the CEO as the principle driving factor in our investment decisions. Working as an ally of CEOs with the requisite experience and drive, we help ensure that the business model, target market, valuation, and capital structure are attractive. Our "CEO Driven" investment philosophy focuses on building companies organically and is not dependent upon the use of excessive amounts of leverage.
