Dave has over 25 years experience serving as financial advisor and CFO across many industries. Dave's experience includes financing, capital, acquisition and divestiture transactions, restructuring projects, as well as public offerings and organizational structure and governance work for public companies.

From late 2001 until mid 2006, Dave served as the CFO of a public software company that had been acquired by a troubled company. Dave then helped drive a very successful turnaround involving negotiations with the SEC, NASD (now FINRA), bankers, and equity investors. This turnaround included significant operational restructuring and multiple financing and debt restructurings.

Dave is a CPA and received his BA in Accounting from the University of Northern Iowa. In addition to his Managing Director role, he is SVP and CFO of Cherry Tree Acquisition Corp. and Znomics, Inc
