Rob joined Cherry Tree in 2008 and has over twelve years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and equity research. He has worked in the technology, retail, energy, building products and medical device sectors. Prior to Cherry Tree, he was the Mergers & Acquisitions Manager for USI, a private equity owned roll-up in the building products industry, where he helped lead the acquisition of fifteen companies. Prior experience also includes time as a research analyst at Craig-Hallum Capital and at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a member of their Corporate Value Consulting business.
