Jon has over 25 years experience specializing in corporate finance, including mergers and acquisitions, business valuations, financing and business strategy for privately held companies, and management consulting.  He has been involved in both buyer and seller representations of companies and with his finance background has assisted businesses in evaluating all aspects of transactions, including consultations with tax and legal professionals.  Jon has also worked with companies to develop growth strategies and corporate direction.
