Dave Latzke has 25 years of experience serving as financial advisor and CFO across many industries with significant experience in public technology companies with global operations. From late 2001 until mid 2006, Dave served as the CFO of a public software company that had been acquired by a troubled company. Dave then helped drive a very successful turnaround involving negotiations with the SEC, NASD, bankers, and equity investors. This turnaround included significant operational restructuring and multiple financing and debt restructurings. Dave currently serves as a Managing Director of the Cherry Tree Investment Banking group.
