Chuck Gorman has over 30 years of experience in leading companies from early stage startups to exits. He has been President and CEO of three technology companies from 1980 thru 2001 that experienced consistent growth and profitability for shareholders. For the past nine years he has led Cherry Tree in successful investment banking efforts for private placements and sell side engagements with Infinite Power Solutions, The Bayard Group (Australia), Fictionwise, Chamilia, XATA, Hunt Technologies, Atomic Learning, GTCR (netASPx), and many others.

In total he has been responsible for over $1Billion in transaction value for the clients he has represented. Chuck will continue to focus on technology, communications and educational sectors for Cherry Tree.
