Cherry Tree's affiliate, Adam Smith Management, is a registered investment advisor. We have invested in more than 100 companies since 1980 and have had 24 public offerings and 11 strategic sales within the portfolios. Our clients are institutional investors, corporations, wealthy families, and high net worth individuals. We have managed four traditional private equity funds, three single company partnerships and one hybrid public/private equity partnership.

Wealth Management
Cherry Tree's affiliate, Adam Smith Family Advisors, provides wealth counsel to assist families in building and managing their net worth. Our array of wealth management services and strategies embrace our long-term philosophy and provide families with an individualized investment plan.
