We offer M&A advisory, private placement services, outcome-critical valuations, and strategic advisory services. Our M&A practice works with successful entrepreneurial business leaders and established corporations to build value and maximize liquidity opportunities. Our institutional private placement services are offered to growing companies that meet our investment guidelines, offer a unique business vision, and have a complete and experienced management team.

Cherry Tree is a registered investment advisor. We have invested in more than 100 companies in our 27 year history and have had 22 public offerings and 11 strategic sales within the portfolios. Our clients are institutional investors, corporations, wealthy families, and high net worth individuals. We have managed four traditional private equity funds, three single company partnerships and one hybrid public/private equity partnership.
